This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances in which fees paid to Digital Assets & Strategy Group Ltd. ("DASG") may be refunded, and how to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Rescheduling
Scheduled consulting sessions, including Strategy Discovery Calls and readout meetings, may be rescheduled free of charge provided that the Client gives at least twenty-four (24) hours' written notice by email to info@dasg-advisory.com.
Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as delivered at our discretion. Each session may be rescheduled up to two (2) times within ninety (90) days of the original booking.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Strategy Discovery Call ($150) — cancellable with full refund if cancelled in writing more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Digital Ecosystem Audit ($500) — cancellable with full refund prior to intake completion. Once the audit work has commenced, fees are non-refundable; any unrendered hours will be made available for use within 90 days.
- Monthly Growth Management ($1,500/month) — terminable on thirty (30) days' written notice. Fees for the notice period are non-refundable; fees pre-paid for periods beyond the notice period will be refunded in full.
3. Refund Eligibility for Digital Services
Because our Services are digital and bespoke, the following rules apply:
- Fees for unrendered Services are refundable in accordance with the cancellation terms above.
- Fees for completed digital deliverables (including, but not limited to, delivered written reports and completed consultations) are non-refundable.
- Where a Service has been only partially rendered, we will determine in good faith the proportion of the fee attributable to delivered work, and refund the remainder.
4. Refunds Initiated by DASG
If DASG is unable to deliver a Service for which payment has been received — for example, due to scheduling conflicts that cannot be resolved, or scope mismatch identified at intake — we will refund the affected fees in full.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send a written request to info@dasg-advisory.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the order reference, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and respond with a decision within five (5) business days.
6. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@dasg-advisory.com so we can resolve the matter promptly. We are committed to fair and rapid resolution and prefer to address concerns directly rather than through a chargeback procedure.
