Digital Assets & Strategy Group Ltd. ("DASG") provides digital advisory services only. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or otherwise distributed. This policy explains how our Services are delivered to clients.
1. Method of Delivery
All Services are delivered electronically through the following channels:
- Secure email — for written deliverables (PDF reports, briefs, summaries), scheduling, and ongoing correspondence.
- Video conferencing — for live consultations, readout meetings, and recurring working sessions, using industry-standard secure platforms.
- Client-shared document workspaces — when agreed in advance for collaborative working files.
No physical products, hardware, or merchandise are dispatched at any time. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or postal handling charges associated with our Services.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Strategy Discovery Call — scheduled within 5 business days of payment; held at the agreed time.
- Digital Ecosystem Audit — written report delivered by email within 10 business days of intake completion; readout session scheduled within a further 5 business days.
- Monthly Growth Management — engagement commences within 5 business days of the countersigned proposal; bi-weekly sessions and monthly reports follow the agreed calendar.
3. Confirmation of Delivery
Upon delivery of a written deliverable, the Client will receive an email transmission confirming dispatch. For live sessions, attendance records constitute confirmation of delivery. Recordings, where produced, are made available within 2 business days of the session.
4. Access and Credentials
Where access credentials are required (for example, video conferencing links or document workspace invitations), these are sent to the email address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that this email address is monitored.
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect contact information, unresponsive scheduling, or technical issues on the Client's side, DASG will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver. Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the Service being treated as delivered in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Geographic Availability
Our Services are available to clients worldwide, subject to applicable laws and sanctions. Sessions are scheduled in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and we accommodate client time zones where reasonably possible during our office hours.
